About Risen Scepter Ministries
Risen Scepter Ministries International is a teaching ministry devoted to the faithful proclamation of the Word of God. At its core is a commitment to the majesty of God, the authority and reliability of Scripture, and the restoration of humanity through Jesus Christ. This work is anchored in the conviction that we do not follow God merely because of what He does for us, but because of who He is.
The mission of the ministry is drawn from Ephesians 4:11–13: to equip pastors in developing nations so that they, in turn, may equip their people for the work of the ministry. Through biblical teaching, leadership training, and discipleship, the aim is to see individuals strengthened, churches established, and communities transformed as the Kingdom of God is expressed in the earth.
About Bishop Gary Earls
Bishop Gary Earls is the founder and president of Risen Scepter Ministries International. As an ordained bishop and biblical teacher, he is committed to the clear and faithful teaching of Scripture and the equipping of church leaders around the world. His ministry emphasizes knowing God rightly, living according to His Word, and growing into maturity in Christ.
Through teaching, writing, and international ministry, Bishop Earls seeks to strengthen pastors and believers alike, helping them develop a deeper understanding of God and a more faithful expression of His Kingdom in their lives and communities.
